Analysis of Lyrics - Lucy Hiscox - UPDATED

We could interpret the pain expressed in the lyrics by having a simple narrative revolving around heartbreak, through which we could explore the feelings of isolation and disconnection that are present in the song. By, for example, showing our protagonist struggling to get out of bed and to find the motivation to go out, we could demonstrate the catostrophic effect that heartbreak can have on someone.
